Pell City Schools uses ParentSquare as its communication platform for families. District announcements, school updates, teacher messages, and important notifications are all available in one convenient place. Families are encouraged to review their notification settings and make sure the ParentSquare account is ready for the new school year.

Circool is used for school visitor check-ins, visitor badges, and events. Families should make sure their contact information in PowerSchool is up to date so their Circool account connects correctly.
Ensuring the safety and security of our students, staff, and community is a top prioroty. To enhance our safetey protocols and streamline various processes, we are excited to announce the implementation of Circool, a comprehensive school safety software solution.
Each school will send home to all custodial parents/guardians how to create an account.
