Coosa Valley Elementary: April 22, 4-6 PM
Eden Elementary: April 10, 4-6 PM
Walter M. Kennedy Elementary: April 24, 4-6 PM
Iola Roberts Elementary: April 15, 4-6 PM
Please Bring the Following:
Driver's License and/or Government ID
Proof of Residency - Recent Water or Electrical Bill
Custody Papers (if applicable)
Birth Certificate
Immunization Form
